Joel Citron is a Managing Director and CEO of TAH. Most recently, Mr. Citron served as President and CEO of Jovian Holdings, a private investment and operating company (2002 to 2008). He was also Managing Partner of Jove Partners, LP, an affiliated hedge fund and private equity firm (2006 to 2008). From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Citron was Director, Vice Chairman, President and CEO of Mastec Inc. (NYSE: MTZ), a public end-to-end communications and energy infrastructure service provider. Prior to 2001, Mr. Citron spent six years on the Executive Committee of Proventus AB, a large European investment company, and as Chairman and CEO of Proventus Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Proventus AB. In his early career, Mr. Citron founded MP General Inc., a New York-based value activation hedge fund, which was acquired by Proventus AB in 1992.
Mr. Citron has served on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies in Europe and the U.S. Mr. Citron is currently Chairman of the Board of Tenth Avenue Commerce LLC, Avenue Income Credit Strategies Fund (NYSE: ACP) and Oasmia (SS: OASM). He also serves on the Board of Communications Capital Group, Attivio, and Symbius Medical.
Mr. Citron is also actively involved in philanthropy. He is currently President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Heschel School and Kivunim, respectively. Mr. Citron is a board member of the University of Southern California Shoah Foundation Institute. Laurence Denihan is a Managing Director and CEO of TAH. Laurence has over 25 years of experience in the real estate, diversified operating businesses and hospitality industries. Most recently, Mr. Denihan was a partner and owner of Affinia Hospitality, where he was the head of finance and business development. During this period, Affinia Hospitality/Denihan Ownership was one of the largest privately held and operated hospitality firms on the East Coast. Mr. Denihan was the driving force behind creating the innovative luxury Benjamin Hotel Brand. He architected the rebranding of Manhattan East Suite Hotels to Affinia Hospitality. These brands are credited with being among the first "lifestyle brands". As CEO of Affinia Capital, Mr. Denihan spearheaded development activities including acquisitions and asset repositioning. Mr. Denihan has significant experience in finance, strategic planning, operations, branding and business development. During the course of his career, Mr. Denihan has led teams responsible for financial analysis, treasury management, equity and debt financing, tax planning, strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, alternative investments, legal and transactional structuring, sales and marketing, corporate facilities management and information technology. Mr. Denihan serves on the Board of Tenth Avenue Commerce and is a Trustee and former Chairman of the Board of The Buckley Country Day School. He is also actively involved in a variety of charitable organizations. Mr. Denihan holds BA in Business Administration from Iona College.OUR TEAM
Daniel Denihan is a Managing Director of TAH. With over 40 years in the hospitality industry, Mr. Denihan has held a number of functional and leadership roles in hotel management, operations, sales and marketing, and human resources (including union labor management). Mr. Denihan was Chief of Organizational Development at Affinia Hospitality, where he instilled a central tenet: "Take care of your associates so they provide the ultimate in guest satisfaction". Mr. Denihan’s leadership facilitated effective relationships between sales and marketing teams and corporate travel managers and fostered exceptional relations with labor unions at cost-effective rates, which drove industry-leading guest loyalty scores and service quality. He is passionate about sustainable relationships with employees, clients, vendors and business associates. Mr. Denihan serves on the Board of Tenth Avenue Commerce and is an active member of his community. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at St. Francis Hospital and Mercy Medical Center and a Trustee of Xavier High School, a Jesuit high school in Manhattan. He is a recipient of the Catholic Big Brothers Dwight Darcy Lifetime Achievement Award in and the Phillip Callan Award for Volunteerism at Boston College. Donald Denihan is a Managing Director of TAH. With over 30 years as a leader in the real estate and hospitality industry, Mr. Denihan has been responsible for capital budget creation, oversight of all phases of development and providing technical expertise to expedite projects from inception to completion. Mr. Denihan's experience encompasses a wide range of multi-hotel portfolio operations including, strategic planning, contract negotiations and day-to-day operations. His experience includes multiple project types such as renovations, restorations, new high-rise residential buildings, commercial and hospitality properties. Under Mr. Denihan's management the former historic Beverly Hotel was successfully transformed into The Benjamin, a four star executive suite hotel, and voted one of the top 100 hotels in the United States. Mr. Denihan's project management experience combined with his longstanding relationships is a proven value to real estate owners, developers and investors. He has partnered with respected design and construction professionals, unions and various government agencies - including New York City Department of Buildings, Landmarks Preservation Commission and the City Planning Commission. Mr. Denihan serves on the Board of Tenth Avenue Commerce and is actively involved in a variety of charitable organizations. He holds BA in Business Administration from Iona College.OUR TEAM
John Ferrari is a Managing Director of TAH. With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Mr. Ferrari has extensive experience in operations, technology, finance and asset management. Mr. Ferrari served as General Manager for a number of hotels and ultimately, served as Head of Operations for all properties under The Benjamin and Affinia Hotel brands. Mr. Ferrari engineered organizational changes that streamlined operations including accounting systems integration and the creation of the Information Technology division at Affinia Hotels. Having spent most of his career in operations, Mr. Ferrari has effectively managed businesses through turbulent and prosperous business cycles. He has proven especially adept at maximizing profits in economic downturns. His combination of operational and finance experience allows him to insightfully evaluate businesses, providing a valuable resource to partners looking to grow in both real estate and beyond. He serves on the Board of Tenth Avenue Commerce. Mr. Ferrari is an active member of his community and has served on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy for more than 25 years holding a variety of roles. He was formerly President of the Nassau County chapter for six years, and is currently serving as Treasurer. Mr. Ferrari is also Chairman of the Investment Committee to Star America Infrastructure Partners. He hold holds a BS in Business Administration from Manhattan College and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.OUR TEAM
Donald Ingham is a Director of TAH. Most recently, Mr. Ingham was a Senior Investment Analyst and Junior Portfolio Manager at Jove Partners, LP, A hedge fund and private equity firm from 2005 to 2008. He was also an Investment Analyst at Jovian Holdings, Inc. until 2006. Prior to his role at Jovian, he was an equity analyst at Imperium Capital Management LLC from 2003 to 2005, a long-short utility and energy hedge fund. Mr. Ingham also served as an Investment Analyst for the Lend Lease Prime Property Fund (currently Morgan Stanley Prime Property Fund) from 2002 to 2003. He began his career in 2001 at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was an Associate until 2002.
Mr. Ingham holds an MBA from Columbia University, a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. OUR TEAM
Constance D'Aurizio is the Chief Financial Officer of TAH. With over 30 years of experience in financial management, Ms. D'Aurizio planned and operated multimillion-dollar budgets and managed audits of Fortune 500 companies. She also served as liaison between entity structures/assets under management and global government agencies, custodian banks, asset managers, external accountants and legal teams. Prior to joining TAH, Ms. D’Aurizio was the Controller/VP Finance at First Spring, full-service asset management company, where she worked since 1998. Her accomplishments include the development of a complex performance-measurement tracking system, the execution of multiple asset allocation investment-restructuring programs and the implementation of a disaster-recovery site. Ms. D'Aurizio also switched First Spring to a new 401 (k) service provider generating significant cost savings. Prior to working at First Spring, Ms. D'Aurizio directed the financial management functions for a service corporation, where she forecasted for cash-management purposes surrounding the seasonality of the business. While at Helen Keller International Incorporated, Ms. D'Aurizio administered all financial functions, from accounting to human resources, and served as a key strategic member of senior management. During her nine-year tenure at Price Waterhouse LLP, Ms. D'Aurizio, an Audit Manager, performed financial-statement examinations of companies of every size, including multinationals.
Ms. D'Aurizio is a graduate of Niagara University in Niagara Falls, New York. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.OUR TEAM
Kristofer Eng is an Associate of TAH. Previously, Mr. Eng was an Analyst in the real estate private equity fund at Lazard Alternative Investments. His responsibilities included underwriting new investment opportunities, assisting with the asset management of a large senior housing company, and participating in raising new capital. Prior to working at Lazard Alternative Investments, Mr. Eng interned at Rockwood Capital, modeling single assets and portfolios. He also held internships at Bascom Northwest Ventures, United Commercial Bank and Westlake Realty Group.

Diana Ren is an Associate of TAH. She works on Business Development and focuses on identifying investment opportunities as well as managing intermediary relationships. Most recently, Ms. Ren was the Manager of Marketing and Investor Relations at Temujin Fund Management LLC, a boutique equity, market neutral hedge fund. Prior to her role at Temujin, she was a Fiduciary Officer at the JPMorgan Private Bank, N.A. from 2006 to 2008 and an Assistant Trust Administrator at Lehman Brothers Trust Company, N.A. from 2004 to 2006.
Ms. Ren holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BS from Cornell University.
